酸枣萃取技术的理论探讨

摘    要:本文主要对山野资源——酸枣的萃取技术理论进行研究,酸枣汁是用萃取法提取。萃取率的提高有很多影响因素,而其中时间因素最重要,所以,文章以扩散理论推导公式及理论曲线与实测曲线相比较,提出了萃取工艺的要点。

Abstract:This article mainly studied the mountainous resources, especially the theory of the extraction from wild jujube. The wild jujube juice was made by using the method of extraction. The increasing of the extraction rate was influenced by many elements. Among them time was the most important. Therefore this "article, in which the reasoning formula of spread theory was used and the theoretical curre was compared with the practical curre, gave the main points of the extraction technology.
