PAN基炭纤维微孔缺陷的表征及其对力学性能的影响

摘    要:对不同热处理温度的PAN基炭纤维(PAN-CFs)进行小角X射线散射(SAXS)测试.基于材料分形理论和小角X射线散射理论,计算给出了炭纤维内微孔缺陷的大小、分布及微孔表面分形维数.探讨了纤维内微孔缺陷对其力学性能的影响.

Abstract:Abstract: The samples of PAN - based carbon fiber with different carbonization temperatures are measured by small angle X - ray scattering technique. Based on SAXS theory and fractal theory, surface fractal of pores in the PAN - based carbon fiber and its effects to fiber's mechanical properties are discussed.
