摘    要:在分析无刷直流电机数学模型的基础上,建立了控制系统的仿真模型,提出了一种新型的模糊PI智能控制方法,在无刷直流电机双闭环调速系统中,电流控制采用滞环电流调节器,而转速控制通过采用常规PI控制和模糊控制相结合的方法实现,基于System Generator的仿真结果表明:这种新型的模糊PI智能控制方法响应快、无超调、鲁棒性强、抗干扰能力好,较传统PI控制具有更好的动、静态特性。

Abstract:Intelligent control is getting a lot of attentions in the area of electric drive system. According to the mathematical model of the brushless DC motor(BLDCM), a novel fuzzy PI intelligent method is proposed to control the speed servo system based on the dynamic model of BLDCM. In the double loop of speed servo system the hysteresis current calculator is implemented in the current loop, and in the speed loop the fuzzy PI hybrid control scheme is applied. Several test cases based on System Generator were conducted to confirm the effectiveness of the proposed controller. The simulation results show that the improved performance is superior to the traditional PI controller. It works well with high dynamic and static performance owing to its advantage in quick response and good robustness.
