黄河三角洲中心城市生态环境与经济发展协调度研究——以东营市为例

东营市地处黄河入海口,是黄河三角洲地区最为重要的中心城市.该区生态环境脆弱,在保持经济发展的同时,必须协调环境与经济之间的关系.利用主成分分析方法以及协调度评价指标体系和计算模型,对东营市2004—2010年经济资源环境协调度进行了评价研究.东营市环境与经济发展的协调程度总体来看属于协调发展类型,但其经济社会水平明显高于其资源环境水平,经济与环境协调度并非稳定发展,具有一定的波动性.其原因主要有黄河三角洲高效生态经济区的政策取向以及黄河三角洲地区生态环境严重恶化.最后提出了加大城市生态环境保护力度、大力发展循环经济等东营市生态环境与经济协调发展对策建议.

The Evaluation of the Coordination Degree Between Ecological Environment and Economic Development in the Yellow River Delta -- A Case Study on Dongying City

Dongying City is located in the mouth of the Yellow River and it is the most important central city in the Yellow River Delta. This area＇s ecological environment is very weak. When we maintain the economic development, we must coordinate the relationship between the environment and economy. This paper used principal component analysis and coordination degree evaluation index system and the calculation model to asses the coordination degree of economic and environmental development in Dongying City from 2004 to 2010. The results showed that the coor- dinate degree of Dongying＇s environment and economic development belonged to the type of coordinated development. However, the economic level was significantly higher than its level of the environment. The coordination of the economy and environment in Dongying was not stable,with a certain degree of volatility. This paper analyzed the causes of the coordination degree situation in Dongying, and put forward some suggestions of coordinated develop- ment of the ecological environment and economic in Dongying City.
