小花清风藤茎叶提取工艺优化及保肝活性研究

摘    要:为优选小花清风藤茎叶提取工艺的最佳提取条件,采用正交设计安排试验,选择料液比、提取温度、提取时间作为提取的因素,以四氯化碳损伤后的人正常肝细胞(LO2)细胞存活率为保肝活性指标,进行统计分析,确定最佳提取条件.优选出小花清风藤的最佳提取工艺条件为小花清风藤粉末10 g,加入200 mL水,80 ℃水浴加热1 h .该提取工艺设计合理,重复性强,可作为小花清风藤提取工艺.

Abstract:To optimize extraction conditions of stem and leaf from Sabia parviflora Wall. ex Roxb, in this paper, orthogonal design was used and the ratio of material to liquid, extraction temperature and extraction time were selected as the extraction factors. The survival rate of normal human hepatic cell (LO2) damaged by carbon tetrachloride was considered as the index of hepatoprotective activity for statistical analysis. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows 10 g powder, 200 mL water and 80 ℃ water bath for 1 h. The extraction process is reasonable and repeatable, which would be applied in the extraction process of Sabia parviflora Wall. ex Roxb extraction.
