禾本科野青茅属和拂子茅属分合问题的形态和数值分类学初步研究

野菁茅属Deyeuxia和拂子茅属Calamagrostis是隶属禾本科剪股颖族的两个近缘属,长期存在关于两属各自独立或合并的两种不同意见。本文在回顾前人研究的基础上,通过形态性状比较和系统聚类分析及外类群比较方法验证,结果支持Deyeuxia与Calamagrostis应各自独立成属的观点。

A Morphological and Cluster Study on Whether to Combine Deyeuxia into Calamagrostis (Gramineae)

Both the genera of Deyeuxia and Calamagrostis are belonged to the sub-tribus Agrostidinae of Gramineae. They are so close in the system that it had been being a lasting dispute problem whether to combine Deyeuxia into Calamagrostis as many situations in other plant groups. In this paper the authors have briefly looked back on the views of the prior grass taxonomists about the two genera. Based on the analysis and comparion of morphology and the verification of cluster analysis as well as the result of choosing the close generum Agrostis as out-group in comparison, the narrow concept of Calamagrostis is surpported, i.e.Deyeuxia Clarion ex Beauv. ought to be set as an independent generum.
