DEA评价下的配送中心再选址模型及求解

为保持配送中心的高效运营,实现对现有配送中心布局的动态管理和优化,采用数据包络分析(DEA)方法,对已建的配送中心进行效率评价,并把评价结果带入到选址模型,建立了DEA评价下的配送中心再选址混合整数规划模型,约束条件包括供求关系、流量平衡及选址和流量的内在关系,综合考虑了选址中配送中心的成本和效益因素,最后通过一算例验证了模型的有效性.

Distribution center relocation model and solution based on DEA

To keep the efficiency operation of distribution centers and realize the dynamic management and the optimization of the location of existing distribution centers,a method of Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) is adopted in this article.By the evaluation of the efficiency for the existing distribution centers,a distribution center relocation mixed_integer programming model based on DEA is presented,and the constraint conditions of this model includes the relation between supply and need,the equilibrium of flux,and the interrelation between flux and location,moreover,the factors of cost and profit of distribution centers are taken into account in the model.Finally,the effectiveness of the model is illustrated with a practical example.
