摘    要:摘要]通过对6120GFEC全承载纯电动公交车车架设计方案进行分析和研究,从全承载纯电动公交车架的特定设计目标出发,对车架的选材、总体尺寸及车架各段设计要点进行了详细阐述,并对电池安装区域车架进行了有限元刚度分析.结果表明,在电池模块区域车架刚度足够承载电池重量,6120GFEC全承载纯电动公交车车架设计合理.该车架设计方法对全承载纯电动公交车开发及设计具有较好的借鉴意义.

Abstract:Abstract: Based on the target performance of the 12-meter full-monocoque bus frame, a detailed analysis was made of the material, overall size and design focus by section of the frame, and finite element stiffness analysis conducted on the battery installed part of the frame. The result showed that the battery part of the frame was strong enough to carry the battery and that 6120GFEC bus frame had a good design. They can serve as good reference for the development and design of the full-monocoque electric bus.
