摘    要:[摘要]利用有限元方法对客车车身结构进行静力分析,根据计算的变形及应力分布情况对客车车身结构的布置、构件截面形状进行改进,在满足全承载式车身刚度和局部变形分布合理的基础上,同时达到降低车身质量的目的.静态载荷实验结果表明:改进后的客车车身骨架方案能满足车身骨架刚强度要求,车身骨架轻量化方案是可行的.

Abstract:Abstract: Fuel efficiency and safety is the focus of bus and coach body research. This paper aims to reduce the bus body weight with satisfying strength and stiffness of fuU-monocoque bus body and normal deformation distribution of car body structures. Static stiffness analysis of bus body structure was carried out by FE method, and the bus body structure and the component section shape modified according to the simulation results of the deformation and stress distribution of bus body in static load. Results of the static load test shows that the improved lightweight bus body structure met the body frame stiffness and strength requirements and the lightweight body frame method is therefore feasible.
