PA6/PTFE和PA66/PTFE的力学性能和熔融行为的实验研究

摘    要:研究了PA6/PTFE和PA66/PTFE共混物的熔融过程的热学性能、动态力学性能和吸水前后的静态力学性能.结果表明:吸收水和PTFE对共混物静态拉伸性能和弯曲性能的影响不同.共混物弯曲性能受PTFE含量的影响不显著,受吸收水的影响较大;而共混物的拉伸性能受吸收水的影响较小,但PTFE的加入使共混物的断裂伸长率比纯PA的断裂伸长率严重降低.PA6/PTFE共混物的熔融温度随PTFE含量的增加而升高,熔融热却随PTFE含量的增加而降低.

Abstract:The melting temperature,melting heat,static and dynamic mechanical properties of PA6/PTFE blends and PA66/PTFE blends are experimentally investigated in this paper.It is shown that absorbed water and PTFE affect the static tensile and bending properties of the blends in different ways.The bending properties change little with PTFE contents,but depend largely on absorbed water.On the contrary,absorbed water has a little influence on the tensile properties of the blends, and the blending of PTFE wiuh PA decreases dramatically the tensile extensibility to fracture.Comparing with pure PA6 or pure PA66,the tensile fractures of the blends are brittle in nature.Moreover,the melting temperature of PA6/PTFE blends increases with PTFE contents,while the melting heat decreases with PTFE contents.
