基于结构方程模型的大型工程建设项目关键风险因素及作用机理研究

摘    要:在分析我国大型工程建设项目风险特征的基础上,构建项目风险识别框架。并通过因子分析识别出自然环境、技术、组织管理、资源管理、分包商管理、环保等6方面是大型工程建设项目的关键风险因素。此外,还研究了大型工程建设项目关键风险因素的作用机理及作用模型,并采用结构方程模型检验。

Abstract:A modeling framework is put forward on perceived risks of key risk factors, based on distinctive characteristics of large construction project in China. The result based on data analysis shows that the key risk factors are environmental risk factor, technical risk factor, organization management risk factor, subcontractor management risk factor and environmental protection risk factor. Furthermore,interpretative structural model are used to analysis the hierarchical relationship among risk factors and mechanisms. These research findings are constructive in both theory and practice to the large construction project of China.
