| Abstract: | According to the thermal insulation and energy-saving techniques us ed in high-rise buildings with shear wall, this paper introduces the insulation system of external concrete wall and non-net polystyrene board that is once-t hrough cast in situs, and around this system, puts forward the construction proc edures and some quality control measures adopted in the construction. |
