偏心转体施工工艺在桥梁工程中的应用与研究

摘    要:该文以苏州市南大外环西线友联运河大桥的施工为例,简要介绍拱梁组合结构桥梁偏心转体部分的设计要点、施工特点和采用普通千斤顶连续作用进行大吨位、宽体位桥梁偏心转体施工的新工艺。实践证明,该转体方法较传统中心转体法能省去庞大的地锚工程和牵引系统;减小桥梁主跨跨径;转体时转体单元稳定性好、施工可行、操作简便、适应面广;并能节约施工临时用地和工程经费,具有推广应用价值。

Application of the eccentric swinging technique to the construction of a bridge
Abstract:The construction of the Youlian Canal Bridge which is located on the Western Line of the South Big External Circuit of Suzhou City is introduced,and the new construction method of eccentric swinging is adopted. The design gist and construction features of the bridge with arched girder composite structure are described in respect to the eccentric swinging technique. With the continuous operation of the general jack,the wide bridge of large tonnage is erected. The erection practice proves that in comparison with the traditional central swinging technique,both the huge land anchor engineering and the tractor system can be saved while the swinging unit is kept stable when the new technique is applied,the main span of the bridge is reduced,and both the temporary land being used for construction and the engineering cost are cut down. The eccentric swinging technique is suitable for wide application.
