| 摘 要： | 在为读者服务的过程中语言艺术的作用非同一般，馆员运用语言艺术，能为读者营造一个宽松和谐的服务环境，增强馆员的亲和力和感召力，提高服务效率。并就高校图书馆员如何提高自身语言水平提出了几点浅见。
