| Abstract: | The improperness of ownership structure in western areas can be analysed from investment, employment and etc. This article gives analysis of deep reasons for this problem from the angle of system arrangement. To promote adjustment of ownership structure in western areas, the western areas should boldly renew system under the system frame offered by our country. |
