| 摘 要： | 社会的发展与艺术人才的需求，使高等音乐教育出现了前所未有的蓬勃现象。然而，就在这种欣欣向荣，蓬勃发展的背后，却在许多环节中存在着种种弊端与不尽人意的现象，分析研究其本质及原因，有利于高等音乐教育的健康发展。
