铣刨机排刀螺旋线的设计探讨

摘    要:铣刨机作为路面养护的专用设备应用越来越广泛,工作转子是铣刨机的核心部件,其设计水平直接决定铣刨机的性能,工作转子设计重点是设计排刀螺旋线。从排刀的原理、设计螺旋线的参数选定、影响螺旋升角的因素、螺旋头数对螺旋线设计的影响等方面阐述排刀螺旋线的设计。

Abstract:The road milling machine as an professional machine of road maintenance equipment has been more and more widely used.The rotor is a core part of milling machine,and its design level will directly determine the per-formance of the machine.The design key point of the rotor is the row of knives principle.This thesis states how to design the cutters screw from the layout principle,the factor of spiral lead angle,screw head number and the spiral design method.
