| 摘 要： | 鞍山钢铁公司是中国大型国有企业的典型代表,见证了国有企业的辉煌、衰落与再度崛起。以鞍山钢铁公司九五＂期间技术改造为研究样本,分析了中国国有企业摆脱困境的演变路径。同时,通过对鞍钢的案例研究,论证了必须深化各方面的改革,发挥好政府在科技创新中的作用,培养出以企业为主体的技术创新机制,从而更好地促进科技成果向现实生产力的转化。
