水稳碎石铣刨料冷再生混合料力学性能分析

摘    要:随着我国早期建设的大量水泥稳定碎石基层沥青路面逐渐步入服役后期,力学性能降低,急需对其进行大规模养护维修。在众多养护维修技术中,泡沫沥青冷再生技术旧料利用率高、节能减排效益好、工程成本低,是半刚性基层维修的有效途径。为此,本文分析了泡沫沥青和水泥掺量对泡沫沥青冷再生混合料劈裂强度、抗压强度和抗压回弹模量等力学性能的影响规律。研究结果表明,随着泡沫沥青掺量的增加冷再生混合料的力学强度先升高后降低,存在一个峰值。随着水泥掺量的增加冷再生混合料的力学强度逐渐升高,且增长速率逐渐减慢。通过综合比选,确定了最佳水泥掺量为1.5%,对应的最佳泡沫沥青掺量为3.3%,此时干劈裂强度为0.6MPa,抗压强度为3.53MPa,抗压回弹模量为1354MPa。

Abstract:With the early construction of a large number of cement stabilized crushed stone base asphalt pavements gradually entering the later stage of service, the mechanical properties are reduced, and large-scale maintenance and repair are urgently needed. Among the maintenance and repair technologies, the foamed asphalt cold recycling technology has a high utilization rate of used materials, good energy-saving and emission reduction benefits, and low engineering costs. It is an effective way for semi-rigid base maintenance. Therefore, the effect of foamed asphalt and cement content on the mechanical properties of the mixture''s splitting strength, compressive strength, and compressive resilience modulus was studied. The research results show that with the increase of foamed asphalt content, the mechanical strength of cold recycling mixture first increases and then decreases, and there is a peak value. With the increase of cement content, the mechanical strength of cold recycling mixture gradually increases, and the growth rate gradually slows down. Through comprehensive comparison and selection, it is determined that the best cement content is 1.5%, and the corresponding best foamed asphalt content is 3.3%. At this time, the dry splitting strength is 0.6MPa, the compressive strength is 3.53MPa, and the compressive resilience modulus is 1354MPa.
