摘    要:针对针织物形变规律问题,以纬平针织物为研究对象,通过均匀化理论建立宏细观线弹性数学模型,确定针织物的周期性边界条件及载荷边界条件,采用数值模拟方法对织物等效弹性刚度求解,并结合有限元方法计算两种纬平针织物在双向拉伸下的应力应变响应值。与试验数据相比,当织物拉伸的应变小于5%时,基于均匀化理论的方法可准确模拟形变的应力应变关系,而当应变超过15%时,该模拟方法存在一定误差,但误差均可控制在9.7%之内。

Abstract:Aiming at the research on the deformation law of knitted fabrics,the weft knitted fabric was taken as the research object.The macro-microscopic linear elastic mathematical model was established by the homogenization theory.The periodic boundary conditions and load boundary conditions were determined.Then the numerical simulation method was used to solve the equivalent elastic stiffness of the fabric,and the finite element method was used to calculate the stress-strain response of two types of weft knitted fabrics under biaxial tension.Compared with the experimental data,the results show that in stage of fabric strain less than 5%,the method based on homogenization theory can accurately simulate the stress-strain relationship of deformation.When the value of strain greater than 15%,the simulation method has certain error,but the error can be controlled within 9.7%.
