摘    要:依据气体动力学不等熵流动理论,采用带旋流修正的κ-ε湍流模型对正压式狭缝牵伸器内部流场进行数值计算,得出正压式狭缝牵伸器参数引射段长度、狭缝宽度、牵伸段长度、空气刀口距离及喷射角对流场内压力和速度的影响,并提出了各参数的最优化数值.计算结果可为牵伸器内部结构的最优化设计提供理论依据,为提高长丝拉伸效率和拉伸速度给出了研究方向.

Abstract:Based on a non-isentropic flow prediction of air-dynamics, the correcting κ-e turbulence flow model is employed to make the numerical calculation on the air jet flow inside the slot mechanism of drawing. Through the calculation, such parameters are worked out as the discharge length in a jet, slot width in a jet, drawing length, edge distance of the air, jet angle, and according to the result of the experiment and considering such factors as working conditions, the parameters of the interior configuration of the jet are optimized. The calculation results can provide the theoretical foundations for the optimization of the interior configuration of the jet, and show the direction of the research into the improvement of the drawing efficiency and drawing velocity.
