| 摘 要： | 海运市场的持续繁荣使海上航运成为一种最重要的货物全球运输方式.随之,大量的有害物质随着压载水在全世界范围内转移,这些有害的入侵物质对环境、经济和人类健康的影响是深远的.为解决此类问题,以介绍处理有毒压载水的方法为例,进一步推广国际海事组织应对压载水污染的方法和措施.
