| Abstract: | The pace of restructuring state-owned enterprises will be accelerated.However, much more attention should be paid to avoiding the loss of assets, safeguarding the interests of staff and workers, introducing competitive mechanism ard selecting the "masters" of the enterprises by means of all-round evaluation,so as to create a favorable external environment for restructuring. |
