摘    要:为了分析构造和受力状态均较为复杂的滑动模架系统,结合工程实例中应用的挪威滑动模架系统,对滑动模架的构造形式和工作原理进行了阐述,并采用有限元方法对其在连续梁施工中的主要阶段进行静力分析,对钢箱主梁进行局部屈曲和整体屈曲分析。结果表明,该滑动模架系统的强度、稳定性均能满足中国规范要求。通过由计算分析得到的主梁、横梁和前后导梁在不同施工阶段的变形及应力分布,使设计人员对滑动模架的受力特性有进一步的了解,从而为滑动模架的设计、加工及应用提供参考依据。

Abstract:To analyze movable scaffolding system, a complicated structure and load bearing system, associated with a practical project adopting a movable scaffolding system made in Norway, this paper presents the structural type, work principle, and carries out static analysis in major stages during the construction of a continuous bridge. Meanwhile, it analyzes the local and integral stability of steel box girder. The results show that the strengths and stability of the movable scaffolding system could satisfy the Chinese code. It also provides the deflection and stress distribution of main girder, transverse beams, front and rear nose girder in different construction stages, which could help designers have further understanding of mechanical characteristics of movable scaffolding system, and provide reference for the design, manufacture and construction of movable scaffolding system. 2 tabs, 10 figs, 9 refs.
