| 摘 要： | 秦汉时期统一的多民族国家形成之后,中央王朝采取政治、军事、法律等多种手段调整汉族与周边少数民族之间复杂的民族关系。《属邦律》和《蛮夷律》是秦汉时期中央王朝对民族关系进行法律调整的主要依据。秦汉之后,民族关系的法律调整已经被纳入整个社会管理体制之内,成为一种经常性的政府行为。

| Abstract: | The central government had taken many kind of measure to adjustment complex nationality relations after unification multinational country formed in the Qin and Han dynasty.The vassal state law and minority Law are principal legal basis that the central government adjustment nationality relations.After the Qin and Han dynasty,the central government bring legal adjustment of nationality relation into social management system and caused it become one kind of regular government behavior. |
