微型称量滴定法测维生素C含量

摘    要:维生素C含量测定多采用直接碘量法,此法消耗过多碘,造成浪费和环境污染,并且方法的准确度较经典滴定分析法低。实验证明,用微量称量滴定法代替碘量法测定,可有效解决上述问题。

Abstract:The content of Vitamin C is tedermined mainly with the direct ionine quantity method, which consumes too much iodine,and causes much waste and pollution and whose axxuracy is lower. Experiments show that the above problems can be sufficiently solved with mini scalar quantity titration instead of iodine quantity method.
