摘    要:基于堆肥反应动力学理论,以反应过程中涉及的关键控制因子温度、含水率、氧气含量作为研究对象,建立了城市生活垃圾堆肥过程动力学模型.同时结合实验研究,发现堆料含水率、耗氧量、底物降解速率的实验结果能较好的与模型模拟预测结果相吻合;温度变化的实验值在反应过程的中间部分出入较大,而前面部分跟后面部分与模拟量也能基本相同.

Abstract:Based on the theory of composting kinetics, this paper analyzed the key controlling factors involved in the composting process, including temperature, moisture content and oxygen concentration, and established a kinetic model. The model was used to predict the values of the key parameters. It was found that the experimental results of moisture content, oxygen concentration and composting rate agreed with the simulation. value calculated from the established model. There was considerable discrepancy in temperature between the experimental results obtained in the middle composting process and the corresponding stimulation value, but at other composting stages, the experimental data of temperature were almost consistent with the simulation value.
