工艺条件对轻汽油催化裂化反应的影响

摘    要:采用HZSM—5催化剂,以抚顺石油二厂初馏点~75℃的催化裂化轻汽油馏分为原料,在实验室连续固定床反应装置上进行了轻汽油的催化裂化反应。考察了反应条件对轻汽油催化裂化及芳构化反应的影响。结果表明,在常压、500℃、(体积)空速4.5h-1的条件下,丙烯收率最高,为42.37w%,此时芳烃产率为29.86w%。

Abstract:A catalytic cracking reaction was carried out on the continuous fixed bed reaction apparatus in the laboratory when initial boiling point around 75℃ catalytic cracking gasoline fraction which was taken from Fushu petrochemical company refinery No.2 was used as raw material and the HZSM-5 and modified HZSM-5 were adopted as catalyst.The effects of the reaction conditions to the catalytic cracking light gasoline decomposition and aromatization reaction were studied.The results show that propylene had the highest yield, which was 42.37w%, and aromatics yield was 29.86w%, when the HZSM-5 zeolite catalyst was under the conditions of atmospheric pressure, 500 ℃, and space velocity of 4.5 h-1.
