| 摘 要： | 地铁提高了沿线区域的通达性，大大降低了沿线居民的通勤成本，对沿线房地产价格产生深远影响．文章以广州市地铁1号线为例，选取了在2009年1～3月份成交的沿线100个住宅单元作为分析对象，利用Hedonie半对数模型分析其价格的影响因素．研究设计了建筑特征、邻里特征及区位特征3大类共13个因子参与模型运算，最后获取对住宅价...
