摘    要:地铁提高了沿线区域的通达性,大大降低了沿线居民的通勤成本,对沿线房地产价格产生深远影响.文章以广州市地铁1号线为例,选取了在2009年1~3月份成交的沿线100个住宅单元作为分析对象,利用Hedonie半对数模型分析其价格的影响因素.研究设计了建筑特征、邻里特征及区位特征3大类共13个因子参与模型运算,最后获取对住宅价...
