| 摘 要： | 目前，民意已影响到国家生活的各个方面，尤其在司法领域表现颇为彰显。为有效规范民意对司法审判的监督，文章主要对监督的必要性、如何监督以及如何解决监督中所遇到的问题进行了梳理并提出相应的制度设计，从而保障司法审判的独立性和公正性。

| Abstract: | Nowadays public opinion has affected all aspects of country life, especially embodied very apparently in the judicial field. To regulate the supervision effectively of the public opinion on the judicial behavior, this paper mainly discusses the necessity of public opinion supervision on the judicial adjudication, how to supervise and how to solve problems encountered in the supervision process, and thus put forwards the corresponding design of the system, in order to protect the administration of justice independence and impartiality. |
