微博时代高校思想政治教育工作的改革方向

随着我国科技信息化的快速发展，“第四代媒体”的互联网和“第五代媒体”的手机已经成为社会公众工作和生活不可或缺的重要组成部分，微博则更加受到高校学生的青睐。微博时代的“来袭”，给我国高校思想政治教育工作带来了机遇，但同时也面临着严峻的挑战。文章通过对微博的内涵和特征、微博时代对高校思想政治教育工作的影响进行分析，提出微博时代高校思想政治教育工作的改革方向，为我国加强高校思想政治教育工作提供参考。

The Reform Direction of the Ideological and Political Education Work in the Weibo Era

With the rapid development of technology information, ＂the Forth Era Media＂ of the Internet and ＂the Fifth Era Media＂ of the Mobile Phone have become an indispensable part of social work and life, and Weibo finds more favour in students＇ eyes. Weibo hits us, which not only brings opportunities to the ideological and political education work in colleges, but also means challenge. This paper intends to put forward the reform direction of the ideological and political education work in the era of Weibo by analyzing Weibo＇ s connotation, feature and its impact on the ideological and political education work, and provides a reference for strengthening the ideological and political education work in colleges.
