| Abstract: | In this paper, in allusion to the dispute and lawsuits in the process of fire fighting and rescue work, the author put forward specific measures to improve the system of fire rescue site transfer work. The aim is to further enhance the self-awareness, and effectively reduce and avoid dispute and litigation events. |
