摘    要:针对常规PID控制器在控制具有时变、大滞后等特性的实际被控对象效果不理想的问题,综合Smith预估控制和自适应模糊PID控制的优点,提出了一种新的控制器-Smith自适应模糊PID控制器.介绍了组成原理,分析了在控制时变、大滞后对象时的优点,给出了该控制器的具体设计方法.仿真结果表明,所设计的控制系统超调量小、调节时间短、响应速度快、动、稳态性能好,适用于参数变化的大时滞工业过程.

Abstract:In order to overcome the time-varying and large time-delay of real plants,a new type of Smith Self-adaptive Fuzzy PID controller is proposed which combines the advantages of Smith controller and Selfadaptive Fuzzy PID controller. The structural principle is presented, the priority in controlling time-varying and large time-delay system is analyzed, the design method is given. Simulation results show that the new system has smaller overshoot, shorter adjusting time, faster response speed and better dynamic and stable performances. All these suggest that Smith Self-adaptive Fuzzy PID controller is adaptive to those industrial processes with parameter-varying and large time-delay.
