液压冲击机构的回油与回油蓄能器

摘    要:本文首次从理论和实验两个方面分析了液压冲击机构的回油压和回油空穴的形成机理,从而论证了设置回油蓄能器的必要性,并提出了回油蓄能器的参数设计方法。

Abstract:The hydraulic impact mechanism is a main component of a hydraulicdrill. A study has been first carried out in both theory and experiment and thefollowing two points are stated. 1. The oil liquid in great transmission motion will produce pulse iner-tia return oil pressure in the return oil pipeline of hydraulic impact mecha-nism and produce return cavitation. In this paper the computetive formula about the return oil pressure andreturn cavitation has been inferred. 2. The return accumulator can effectively reduce the return oil pressure,and eliminate the return cavitation. In this paper the more dependable computetive formula has been put fordesigning return accumulators.
