摘    要:采用微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法,考察了微波消解体系、基体改进剂、灰化/原子化温度等因素对测定的影响,测定灌木枝叶中 As ,Pb ,Cd ,Cr ,Ni的平均回收率分别为97.5%,98.3%,99.8%,99.0%,98.2%,检出限分别为0.045,0.058,0.008,0.064,0.130mg/kg,所测灌木枝叶中含量分别为0.96,7.46,0.15,2.35,1.73mg/kg,接近标准值。

Abstract:With microwave digestion-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry method , the effects of the microwave digestion system ,matrix modifier ,ashing and atomization temperature on the test are analyzed in bush leaves .The results show that the average recovery of Arsenic (As) , Lead (Pb) ,Chromium (Cd) ,Cadmium (Cr) ,Nickle (Ni) were 97 .5% ,98 .3% ,99 .8% ,99 .0% and 98 .2% ,and the detection limits were 0 .045 ,0 .058 ,0 .008 ,0 .064 ,0 .130 mg/kg ,respectively .The content of tested bush leaves were 0 .96 ,7 .46 ,0 .15 ,2 .35 and 1 .73 mg/kg ,which close to the standard value .
