| 摘 要： | 本文报告了,为适应汉字识别的“包含配选法”的实验要求,对日本电综研ETL—8手写体教育汉字数据库所进行的信息处理过程。这些处理包括:二值化编码,去除文字外围噪声,大小与位置归一化……在上机实验中比较了不同的处理方法,并由实验获得了“包含配选法”要求的手写体汉写数据库。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces research on signal processing for "ETL-8 Data Base" of handwritten chinese characters of Japanese Electrotechnical laboratory. In order to suit the experimental need of Chinese character recognition with "Inclusive Matching Method".these processing include binary coder , subbressing noise around characters,riormalizotion of size and position etc. It is tried out on the computer to compare various processing. The useful data base of handwritten Chinese characters to"Inclusive Matching Method" is obtained by means of experiment. |
