摘    要:利用外施载流线圈的磁效应,作用于外周神经纤维,诊断和治疗某些神经异常疾病,这是目前极具应用价值的研究课题.传统的分析方法,往往简单地将神经纤维视为无限长圆柱体.为了更切合实际,将神经纤维视作有限长、通过引入特殊函数、严密的数学推导和电磁理论分析,给出了电磁量的计算公式,并通过实际计算,分析了细胞动作电位发生的可能性,提出了线圈优化设计的思想。

Abstract:To diagnose and remedy some special neurotic diseases, the magnetic simulation which is provided by the loop outside the biological tissues could be utilized to act on the peripheral nerve fiber.This is considered one of the most valuable topics of current research.Contrast to traditional analytical method which usually Considers the nerve fiber simply as an infinitely-long cylinder, this paper believes that the nerve fiber is finitely-long,in order to be more practical.By introducing a special function and through meticulous mathematical deduction and theoretical analysis of electromagnetism,a theoretical formula of the electromagnetic value is provided.Through practical calculation,the possibility of the occurrence of action position is analyzed and an optimizing design method of the loop is proposed.
