| 摘 要： | 通过对竞争情报与知识管理的内涵及竞争情报与知识管理异同的分析，提出了竞争情报和知识管理系统的整体结构共建模型。通过共建可以充分利用企业信息资源，减少企业信息系统的重复建设和浪费，形成了一种融管理方法、知识处理、智能处理于一体的综合系统，对提高现代企业的竞争力具有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | This paper aims to put forward the co-construction model of the Competitive Intelligence and Knowledge Management by analyzing their connotation,similarities and differences.The enterprise information resources can be made use of,the repetition of construction can be reduced and the comprehensive system can be constructed from the managerial method,the processing of knowledge and intelligent processing,thus plays a very important role in improving the competition ability of the modern enterprise. |
