摘    要:为了实现对滚动轴承元件表面损伤类故障的早期精确诊断,并考虑到载荷分布及轴承运动的影响,从理论上提出了一种模型来分析用高频共振法进行滚动轴承故障诊断时得到的包络信号及其频谱图,并试验验证了该模型的正确性和可行性.

Abstract:The High Frequency Resonance Technique (HFRT) is in wide use for diagnosing defects in rolling bearings. In some cases, however, the envelope signals and frequency spectra are too difficult to interpret. A model for analyzing the envelope signals and frequency spectra is presented. The effects of load distribution and movement of elements in bearings have been taken into consideration. Experimental results show that early accurated diagnosis of defects in rolling bearings is possible and the results are in fairly good agreement with those by theoretical analysis.
