| 摘 要： | 本文研究了用高效液相色谱法测定新型杀虫剂水胺硫磷的方法。在反相ODS柱上,以甲醇、水作流动相,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯作内标定量,紫外检测器检测。这种方法快速、准确、灵敏,线性范围宽,最小检测量1.0ng,相对标准偏差0.63%。平均回收率99.44%。

| Abstract: | In this paper, a reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography method was developed for determination of O-methyl -0-(2 -isopropoxy carbonyl)phenyl] phosphoramidoohionate, the formula is C_(14)H_(14)O_4NSP. The components were eluted with 74% methanol is water solution at 1.0cm~3/min flow rate and dibutylphthalate(DBP) as internal standard. The components were detected by UV-deteetor at 280 nm. Good linearity was obtained in the range of 5 to 450 ppm. The detection limit was found to be 1.0ng. The average reeorvery was 99.44%. The relative standard derivation was 0.63%. The method was satisfactory for determination of the phosphoramidothionate. |
