摘    要:虚拟物流企业联盟是21世纪信息社会物流行业的主流组织形式,选择和确定联盟伙伴是建立虚拟物流企业联盟的关键环节之一,对提高联盟企业的总体竞争力有着极其重要的作用。在充分考虑联盟与客户双方利益的情况下,设计了基于双层规划的模型和求解算法来优选联盟伙伴,并且模型中在计算物流企业为客户服务的作业成本时,考虑了配送路线安排对作业成本的影响,更加符合实际情况,使计算结果更加准确。实例仿真说明了模型和算法的有效性。

Abstract:Virtual logistics enterprise alliance (VLEA) is a mainstream organizational form for logistics in the information society of the 21st century. Correct selection of partners is one of the key links in establishing a VLEA and also plays a vital role in reinforcing its competitiveness. With the benefit of the cost of both the VLEA and its clients ,a two-level programming model and a heuristic solution algorithm are presented to describe the optimization for the partner selection of VLEA. Moreover, when the cost is calculated that the enterprise service for its clients in the model, the effect of routing arrangement of distribution upon the cost is considered, which is more up to the actual situation and make the calculated value more exact. A simulating case will demonstrate the effectiveness of the selection model and the algorithm.
