| 摘 要： | 本文是在拜读《中国统计》上有关论文的基础上 ,分析了“平均计划完成程度”指标的属性之后 ,对该指标的计算方法做了一定的改进。力图使“平均计划完成程度”的计算更加符合客观实际。
