| 摘 要： | 研究了不同茎的扦插角度、部位、不同浓度奈乙酸对天绿香扦插繁殖的影响。结果表明:45°扦插时天绿香的生根率显著高于90°和30°处理,值可达到76.7%;茎中部的扦插生根率显著高于上部和底部,值可达到73.3%;奈乙酸浓度在300~400 m g/L时天绿香成活率和生根率较高,发根数较多。

| Abstract: | The effect of different stem part, cutting angle, hormonal species and concentration on cutting propagation of Sauropus audrogymns Meer is studied. It shows that the disposal with 45° has effect on the rate of radication, with the value 76. 7° the middle stem has effect on the rate of radication, with the value 73.3% using NAA at 300-400 mg/L leads to high rate of surviving and radieation,and more roots. |
