| 摘 要： | 玉米丝黑穗病菌(Sporisorium reiliana)的培养性状有一定的分化。根据病菌在PDA培养基上培养性状的不同,23个菌株分为6类;根据病菌在PD培养液中颜色的不同,23个菌株可分为4类;根据病菌的致病力强弱,23个菌株分为7类;认为病菌致病性强弱与菌落颜色或发酵液颜色呈一定的正相关。

| Abstract: | The characteristics of the maize head smut fungi(Sporisorium reiliana) change in different cultures,whether on the PDA or in the PD.Based on the PDA culture differentiation,23 strains could be divided into 6 groups.Based on the color difference of PD colony,23 strains could be divided into 4 groups.And based on the pathogenesis strength,23 strains could be divided into 7 groups.It showed the germ pathogenesis strength has a positive relationship to the depth of pigment. |
