| 摘 要： | 通过分析高新技术向传统产业扩散过程中的相关影响因素，认为高新技术向传统产业的扩散速度受传统产业的技术吸收能力和技术差距影响．并构建了基于Hicks改进C—D生产函数模型的传统产业吸收创新技术的速度模型来进一步测算。结果显示：传统产业吸收创新技术的速率受到传统产业的技术基础、传统产业与创新技术的技术相关性、传统产业与44新技术的技术差距、空间的集聚性等四个因素的影响，这为我国科学培育高新技术和发展传统产业提供了理论依据。

| Abstract: | This paper conducts analysis the various factors during the process of the proliferation from high-tech to traditional industries,and concludes that such proliferation speed is influenced by the technology absorptive capacity of the traditional industries of and the technology gap.The paper conducts further calculation based on the Hicks C-D production function model of traditional industries absorption rate of new and innovative technology model.The results showed that four factors impact the speed of trad... |
