关于科技创新理论体系化建构的设想

提出和建构科技创新理论体系是为把我国建设成为创新型国家提供创新理论支撑。在建构这一理论体系的初级阶段,我们可以把对科技创新理论体系的研究暂时命名为——《科技创新理论概述》。它作为一门新设定的学科或研究方向,有其自身的学科性质、研究对象和学科内容;它涉及到科技创新的特点和类型、程序和模式、方向和途径;它还包括科技创新的要素构成、内在机制和外部环境以及科技创新成果怎样向现实生产力转化等内容;同时,研究科技创新的信息化问题以及科技创新与国家创新系统的关系也是不客忽视的一个重要方面。
