紫外分光光度法测定环境水中的硝酸盐氮

摘    要:本文基于硝酸盐氮在201.2nm处有强烈吸收,且干扰少,在PH=8碱条件下,建立了用紫外分光光度法直接测定水样中的硝酸盐氮的方法。硝酸盐氮在0~7.0mg/L范围内遵守比尔定律。加标回收率为99.1%~100.1%,检出限0.1000mg/L。可用于自来水,湖水中硝酸盐氮的测定,结果满意。

Abstract:The new method for the determination Nitrate-N was established by ultraviolet spectroph-tometry in weak base medium at pH 8. It was based on strong absorption of Nitrate-N at201. 2nm. The method could avoid disturbing by some ions. Beer'slaw is obeyed in the range of 0~7. Omg/L for Nitrate-N. The recovery of the determination method varied from 99. 1%to100. 1%. Detection limit is 0. 1000mg/L. The method has been applied to the determination of Nitrate-N in water with satisfacto-ry results.
