科学教师专业素养发展的思考

摘    要:关注科学教师专业素养的发展是新一轮基础教育课程改革的迫切需要。从国内外的研究来看,对科学教师专业发展的关注更多的是基于“应然”的视角,为科学教师描绘了一幅理想的发展“蓝图”,而少有从教师专业发展的视角去探讨科学教师的专业素养的问题,尤其对小学科学教师专业素养发展中的现实性困难认识不足。

Abstract:Showing solicitude for the development of science teacher's special field accomplishment is the urgent need that the new one wheel of elementary education course reforms.Judging from home and abroad research,the attention that special field developwent to science teacher is owing to "ought to" visual angle much more,which has described an ideal development "blueprint" for science teacher,however,seldom leaves the visual angle that teacher special field development for the problem discussing science teacher's special field accomplishment,cognition of reality difficulty in developing the elementary school science teacher special field accomplishment is especially insufficient.
