| 摘 要： | 大学英语教师科研投入不够，大学英语教学中的科研含量不足，是造成大学英语教学效果不够理想的原因之一。高校应努力转变大学英语教师的思想认识，积极形成新的政策导向，并提供强有为的支持，以加大大学英语教师科研力度，促使大学英语教学中明显增加科研含量，从而在真正意义上提高大学英语教学实效。

| Abstract: | One of the reasons for the unsatisfactory results of college English teaching is the teacher's inadequate devotion to academic research as well as the less amount of it in classroom teaching.It is necessary to change the college English teacher's ideology and establish new policy by providing the teachers with earnest support,so that the amount of academic research can be increased in classroom teaching,and the improvement of the college English teaching quality can be finally achieved. |
