摘    要:介绍了一种动态定量测量车轮踏面擦伤的新方法 ,并为解决现有测量机构的振动问题 ,建立了测量机构的动力学模型 .计算了测量机构的振动频率和临界阻尼 ,通过计算机仿真 ,得到其动力响应 ,为下一步完善该测量系统的机构设计提供了理论依据

Abstract:In this paper, a novel dynamic and quantitative method for measuring tread flats is described. To solve the vibration problem of the existing measurement mechanism, the mechanical dynamic model is established. The vibration frequency and critical-damping is calculated and dynamic response is simulated, which can provide theoretical reference for further perfecting the design of the measurement mechanism.
